There are so many things you don't consider leaving behind when you move to another country. I can tell you of two things we really miss. One, our chiropractor, Dr. David Miller in Madison, Nebraska. Dr. Miller is THE BEST chiropractor around. Both Shawn and I miss the magic of his Iron Thumbs. I didn't get a picture of Dr. Miller before we left, but I got one of his assistant Becky and the reception area. I took this picture with my phone because I was "trying" to get a shot of that black board on the back wall. It says: Welcome (to the new patients) and I was the first one on the list! Too bad I was only a new patient long enough to get two treatments. My back started hurting after all the heavy lifting with the move and I was so thankful Shawn had already been going to Dr. Miller. He fixed the problem right away. I wish we could find a Dr. Miller here.

And two...we miss Mr. Low!!!! I could kick myself for not getting pictures of us with Mrs. Low, too. We love you equally Mrs. Low! Mr. and Mrs. Low had been our neighbors in Battle Creek for many years before they moved to Norfolk. Before I got married I used to go to their house on Husker game nights. We'd watch and cheer together and eat red licorice every time the Huskers scored (which was a lot more often back in those days!). I would also go to their house for peach tea and I loved hearing the stories of their travels. They lived in and/or visited Central America, South America, Africa, and Europe. They are special, special people. I haven't had any grandparents since I was 17 years-old and Mr. and Mrs. Low filled that spot for me. So here is a picture from the last time we got to go visit them. I wish we could have stayed longer.

They love Shawn and much as they love me. I miss you both so much!!!!
